Faculty Rules

  • Any damage to Museum property (inside or outside) will be added to rental fee
  • Driving or parking on sidewalks or the courtyard is strictly prohibited (including loading and unloading). An additional fee of $150.00 will he charged.
  • The doors to the Museum arc not to be left open. If loading or unloading they may be temporarily propped open.
  • Nothing may be attached or affixed to internal or external window or floor or wall surfaces throughout the Museum.
  • No food or drinks are allowed in the Theater.
  • Confetti, rice, birdseed, rose petals, or similar celebratory material will not be used or thrown (including weddings).
  • Food and drinks will be restricted to the room in which they arc served. Plates of food and beverages should not be carried through hallways or into galleries.
  • Smoking is only allowed in designated area.
  • Designated areas: Behind fountain in courtyard and 50 ft. west from the main entrance (across from cactus garden).
  • No open flame candles may be used. Flames that are protected with a hurricane lamp/lantern or votive-style container may be used.
  • Parents arc responsible for their children and must watch over and control them at all times.
  • Main Gallery and temp Gallery are not available unless prior arrangements have been made.
